Our team operates on the premise that there are significant efficiencies to be gained through the strategic application of technology and we function as a support network that can bolster existing project team members in a variety of ways. We also believe that the planning, design, and construction processes can be better integrated to reduce schedules and budgets while delivering better projects. We take the time to understand the contractual obligations of each party and provide services that respect the risk allocation established by the contracts. We are focused on projects where we can start to evolve the industry into one that seamlessly transitions from the project conception through delivery and operation.
We typically break our services down by the various parties that would contract them, however, as these lines are increasingly blurred in the industry, these functions may overlap. Please see below project examples for an idea of where we have had success on projects. Note that this is not an exhaustive list of all of the services we provide, but just an idea of how we embed with project teams. EOS Plan, Coordination Model, Installation Drawings
Our team provided concrete modeling and coordination services for a 100M+ mixed use development. We provided grade beam coordination, edge of slab plans for the design team, a coordination ready model (modified from the design model), and layout pdfs, models, and CAD files for the field team. The picture above shows a section of the amenity deck area that included planters, pedestal pavers, and a pool area. This work was also carefully coordinated with the waterproofing and drainage systems.

Design 2D to 3D, Full ASMEP Coordination, Installation Drawings
Our team provided conversion of the 2D CAD design files to 3D Revit files, providing a full constructability review and coordinating MEPF trades as this process commenced. This included modeling of architectural, structural, steel, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, LV, and civil utilities. Installation drawings including sleeve drawings, EOS drawings, and MEP shop drawings were included in the effort.

Existing Building As-built, Design Coordination, MEPF Coordination, Robotic Layout Support
Renovations of existing buildings pose a number of challenges, and this healthcare project was no exception. Our team worked with a laser scan to as-built the existing structure and MEP systems that would remain. We provided these models, along with detailed plans noting conflicts and proposed resolutions that limited impacted to the project budget and schedule. We then leveraged these models for MEPF coordination and provided files for robotic layout of the walls and ceilings.

Delegated Design Modeling and Coordination, Utility Coordination, Construction Coordination and Shop Drawings
This mid-rise project mixed use provided several coordination challenges regarding the site. Our team modeled several delegated design scopes, including shoring, under slab drainage, site topography and rock profiles, and site utilities. We provided feedback to the design team where any conflicts existed. We also coordinated directly with the utility providers and construction team to provide coordinated installation drawings.

Site Logistics Coordination
For this complicated urban project, our team worked directly with the crane and hoist providers to coordinate locations that would minimize impacts to the design and maximize usability for the construction team. We provided layout plans and models for the equipment, foundation and deep foundation coordination, slab block-outs, and tieback locations
